Improve your garden, Improve your wellbeing!

Event Date: Tuesday 18 March 2025    |    Time: 7pm – 8pm

Over the last 30 years, garden designer Juliet Sargeant’s career has blended psychology, medicine and horticulture. Her early days as an NHS junior doctor shaped her problem-solving and communication skills, which she now uses to create gardens designed to connect people to the natural world in a meaningful way.

A regular on Radio 4’s Gardeners’ Question Time and winner of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show Gold Medal, Juliet will be joining us for this member-exclusive online event. She’ll be talking about how a blend of psychological insight and creative garden design can help people think differently about the leisure spaces they create, and help transform not just gardens, but the way we all engage with our surroundings.

As Juliet puts it, ‘medicine and garden design are very similar really – just people skills and problem-solving!’
