The 2024 Annual General Meeting took place on Thursday 31st October 2024, 2.30pm at The Clermont Charing Cross, The Strand, London, WC2N 5H

The Business of the Annual General Meeting included:

A presentation on the Association.
Approval by show of hands, of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts
Approval of the Re-appointment of the Auditors by show of hands.
Approval of the 3 Special Resolutions that have been proposed by the Board of Directors.
The Announcement of the results of the ballot for the election of an Independent Club Council Member
