About the AGM
The 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Civil Service Motoring Association Ltd is to be held at 2:00pm on Wednesday 15th October 2025, at the Crowne Plaza Stratford upon Avon, Bridgefoot, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6YR.
The agenda will include:
- Consideration of the Annual Report and Accounts
- Appointments of Auditors
- Considerations of any resolutions or motions
- The announcement of the results of the ballots in respect of Association roles including:
- Vice Chair
- Independent Council Member
More information on the Association roles to be elected at the 2025 AGM, can be provided upon request.
Members may submit a motion for consideration at the AGM in accordance with the procedure set out in the Articles of the Association.
