2024 Annual General Meeting

All Members are invited to attend the 2024 Annual General Meeting of the Civil Service Motoring Association at The Clermont Charing Cross, The Strand, London, WC2N 5HX on Thursday 31st October 2024, 2.30pm

The Annual General Meeting Agenda will include:

• A presentation on the Association
• Consideration of the 2023 Annual Report and Accounts
• Re-appointment of the Auditors
• Consider and if thought fit, the passing of the 3 Special Resolutions that have been proposed by the Board of Directors.
• Announcement of the results of the ballot for the election of an Independent Club Council Member
