I can't find my confirmation, what do I do?
ALog in to your account to locate your booking and view / resend your confirmation.
Am I guaranteed a space when I book?
AYes - we send the car park confirmation of your booking straight away, guaranteeing you a space.
What do I do if my flight is delayed / cancelled?
ADon't worry if you arrive back later than you've booked, most car parks and hotels expect that you won't be there bang on time and will help you as best they can. Where you have booked a car park which needs to arrange a driver for you, such as Meet and Greet, just give them a ring so they know when you're expected - their contact details are on your confirmation.
Any extra parking charges can be paid at the time to the car park directly. Unfortunately, it's not possible to extend a booking once it has started.
Why was I charged again at the car park?
ASend us a copy of your receipt and your booking reference and we'll be able to see what's happened. You should hear back from us within 10 working days.
What is the Park Mark award?
AThe Park Mark award is given to car parking facilities that have demonstrated that they are concerned with safety procedures and have taken steps to ensure their site is secured. The scheme is managed by the British Parking Association and fully supported by the Home Office and Scottish Government.
In order to win the award, the car park has to be vetted by police and measures have been taken to deter anti-social behaviour and criminal activity. When you park at one of our Park Mark-awarded sites, you know the security standards have been credited by the experts and your car is in good hands, giving you extra peace of mind while you're away.
Does your car park have electric charging points?

How long can I park in the Short Stay?
ANo matter whether the car park is a Short Stay, Long Stay or Mid Stay, if it's showing available on the dates you need you can go ahead and make the booking.
My number plate hasn't been read at the car park, what should I do?
ADon't worry - some times the machine gets confused and can't read certain letters or numbers. Press the intercom button when you come to leave, have your booking reference handy for staff to verify your booking and lift the barrier.
