Working in our marketing team, you will be at the heart of generating new membership sales. Through your creativity, you will be optimizing landing pages, refining customer journeys and fine tuning the online joining process. You will enjoy developing a testing framework that helps improve conversion rates and you will have a hunger to enhance the journey for the user and success of the business.

About the role:

• Analyse website and digital marketing campaign performance using analytical tools
• Test both incremental improvements as well as breakthrough improvements
• Monitor and track the impact of activity on conversion rates over time, acknowledging macro factors which may have an impact
• Work closely with the Digital Applications Manager and creative teams to implement tests
• Communicate and rationalize these changes effectively to various stakeholders to help shape future marketing activity and paid media choices
• Generate regular reports covering conversion rates, changes made, tests implemented, findings and recommendations

About you:

• Batchelor’s degree in marketing, analytics or related field
• Proven experience as a conversion rate specialist for an e-commerce business
• In depth knowledge of web analytic tools including GA4, Hotjar and Semrush
• A good working knowledge of CRO and testing tools such as VWO
• Excellent analytical skills, accurate and methodical
• A passion for behavioral sciences – understanding what influences choices and behaviour.
