Into The Shadows

7.30pm to 9pm, Wednesday 14 May 2025

The Shropshire Group would like to invite you to join them for an evening with Chris Austin who explores 'The Shadows' history with music, insights, and live guitar performances.

Chris Austin (a.k.a. Chris Stratman) takes us into the history of The Shadows, how they got together, their music, their lives. Through his friendship with Bruce Welch he can provide insights into the development of the group. Chris also plays his electric guitar to illustrate his talk, with many old favourites bringing back the memories.

Gather from 7.30pm for tea/coffee and biscuits and a chance to chat to other members.
