About the event

Friday 19 September to Sunday 21 September 2025

Our base for the weekend is The Wild Pheasant Hotel & Spa, in the Vale of Llangollen, and is perfectly located for exploring North Wales.

The weekend will start with a welcome drink reception ahead of a 3 course evening meal.

We offer scenic runs on Saturday and Sunday which are untimed, so you can go at your own pace with plenty of time to relax, enjoy the views of the countryside and visit some of the interesting places on the way. We will provide detailed Road Books with information about places of interest on route, and of course, a Retro Run Rally Plate to add to your collection!

The event will finish with a cream tea at the hotel on Sunday afternoon. To enter the event the first step is for you to complete the online entry form by logging in and paying your £50 entry fee as soon as possible. You will then receive your unique booking reference for the hotel.

We have reserved 25 rooms for the Friday and Saturday nights on a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast basis and as there are several different room options we ask that you book your accommodation directly with the hotel using your unique booking reference provided when we receive your booking form and payment.

Price

Entry fee £50 per car to cover all the non-accommodation costs of the event.

The rates for each type of room based on 2 people on a DBB basis for the 2 nights, Friday & Saturday are as follows:

Standard £420

King £480

Suite £580

Penthouse £720

In addition, we have also informed the hotel that some of you may wish to stay on the Sunday night on a Dinner, Bed and Breakfast basis. Please confirm when booking with the hotel.
