Neil Laughton is an adventurer with a head for heights. He’s climbed the highest mountains on each of the seven continents, including Mount Everest with Bear Grylls, and achieved high-altitude records like the world’s highest motorised parachute flight, wheelchair ascent and (yes) egg-and-spoon race! You just can’t keep this guy down – his record-breaking highest dinner party on Mount Everest in 2018 raised over £100,000 for charity. Oh, and he’s been to both the North and South Poles too.
But he’s agreed to keep his feet on the ground long enough to talk to us about his most daring adventures and his life journey as a Special Forces soldier and business entrepreneur. And he’s not done yet – he’ll be giving us the lowdown on his upcoming Guinness World Record attempt on the world’s highest bike ride.
