Tiger Rock combines a family-friendly log flume with an up-close encounter with majestic Amur tigers – an unforgettable ride through the heart of the jungle.
For younger explorers, the magic continues with the Gruffalo River Ride Adventure, where little ones can drift along a gentle waterway and come face to face with the famous storybook character. Boundless members can book up to two adult tickets and three child tickets per membership.
- Adults: £15 per ticket – saving you £51 per ticket
- Children (over 90cm): £15 per ticket – saving you £51 per ticket
- Children (under 90cm): free
Our ticket prices are low because we use our non-profit status to subsidise them, ensuring our members can enjoy great days out. To help more members and their families benefit from our Member Days, we’ve updated our ticket allocation to a maximum of two adults and three children. Additional adults must either pay the full admission price or, if eligible, become Boundless members to take advantage of the offer.
Tickets are limited and selling fast, so be sure to book yours early. This event is an exclusive benefit for Boundless members, and the tickets are only available in advance – they cannot be bought on the day. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be sold or transferred. The booking member must be present on the day along with any guests, and show their Boundless membership card and identification to gain admission to the reserve.

How do I get there?

Where do I park?
Boundless have arranged free parking for members. In order to access the free parking you will have to park in the Boundless Car Park when you arrive. More information on how to access this car park will be emailed to bookers two weeks before the event.
Where is the members’ marquee?
The Boundless registration desk will be located at the Chessington World of Adventures Hotel – exact information on this will be emailed to all bookers two weeks before the event. You can leave your picnics, coats and bags with us here and you can pop back at any time during your visit.
Where can I get more information about the park?
Chessington World of Adventures has a great app that can be used on any smart device. It allows you to plan your tour on the day, shows queue waiting times, show times and where your nearest rides, restaurants and attractions are. You can download it here.
Are there any age restrictions?
Anyone with a height of 90cm and over will need an admission ticket. Children under 90cm are free of charge and do not require a ticket.
I have a friend or family member who wants to come as well
Great, bring them along! The only provision is that the booking must be made by a Boundless member and that everyone who attends has a valid admission ticket. The Boundless member will have to show their membership card on the day and any guests will have to accompany them on arrival.
Only tickets purchased through Boundless will entitle you to members’ day benefits. Boundless tickets must be reserved in advanced and will not be available on the day.
What time does this event start and end?
The events runs from 10am – 5pm.
Can tickets be transferred?
Once you have purchased your event tickets they cannot be transferred as a current member with valid membership card needs to be present. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and have to make sure the offer benefits Boundless members.
How accessible is the site for people with mobility difficulties?

Are dogs allowed on site?
Assistance dogs are welcome in all queues for rides. However, assistance dogs are unfortunately unable to accompany guests on rides past the loading point. Other pets will need to be looked after elsewhere and are not allowed onsite.
We ask that guests with assistance dogs avoid certain zoo areas. This is because the animals may react differently in the presence of a dog. We ask that you keep an eye out for behavioural changes and, if necessary, move to another area.
Will there be photos or videos taken at the event?
Yes! We love capturing the fun of our events to share with other members and encourage non members to join us. You might spot our team snapping photos or filming highlights for Boundless promotions. If you’d rather not be included, just let us know when you check in—we completely understand and we will make sure you stay out of the frame.
The Boundless team attends all our events to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We may also have our official Boundless photographer on site to capture the best moments for you, your family and friends. All photos will be available for you to download after the event. If you upload any of your own pictures to social media be sure to use the hashtag #bemoreboundless for a chance to be featured on our social pages.
