Join us at the Bristol Zoo Project, where you can enjoy a fun-filled day together as you get up close to amazing animals and explore woodlands and adventure areas. Wander through 50 acres of stunning outdoor space and meet creature, from playful lemurs to majestic brown bears. Take a stroll through Bear Wood, where bears, wolves, lynxes and wolverines roam just as they would in the wild – a truly magical experience!
There’s plenty for little adventurers to do as well. Let the kids run free in the outdoor play areas, join interactive animal talks or step into the Lemur Walkthrough for a close encounter with these fascinating creatures. Need a break? Bring a picnic and relax in Tower Meadow or grab a tasty treat from the café. Ticket Information
Boundless members can book up to two adult tickets and three child tickets per membership.
- Adults: £10 per ticket – saving you £13.50 per ticket
- Children (aged 2-14): £10 per ticket – saving you £8.80 per ticket
- Children (aged under 2): free
Our ticket prices are low because we use our non-profit status to subsidise them, ensuring our members can enjoy great days out. To help more members and their families benefit from our Member Days, we’ve updated our ticket allocation to a maximum of two adults and three children. Additional adults must either pay the full admission price or, if eligible, become Boundless members to take advantage of the offer.
Tickets are limited and selling fast, so be sure to book yours early. This event is an exclusive benefit for Boundless members, and the tickets are only available in advance – they cannot be bought on the day. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be sold or transferred. The booking member must be present on the day along with any guests, and show their Boundless membership card and identification to gain admission to the reserve.

How do I get there?

Where do I park?
There’s plenty of parking on site within walking distance of the entrance. Parking is free for museum visitors.
What should I do when I arrive?
Come and see the Boundless team by the main entrance, where we’ll give you everything you need for the day and enter you in the prize draw.
Are there any age restrictions?
All guests will need an admission ticket. Children under 2 are free and do not require a ticket.
I have a friend or family member who wants to come as well
Great, bring them along! The only provision is that the booking must be made by a Boundless member and that everyone who attends has a valid admission ticket. The Boundless member will have to show their membership card on the day and any guests will have to accompany them on arrival.
Only tickets purchased through Boundless will entitle you to members’ day benefits. Boundless tickets must be reserved in advanced and will not be available on the day.
What time does this event start and end?
The events runs from 10am – 4pm.
Can tickets be transferred?
Once you have purchased your event tickets they cannot be transferred as a current member with valid membership card needs to be present. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and have to make sure the offer benefits Boundless members.

Are dogs allowed on site?
The zoo does not allow dogs on site so as not to scare the animals. Assistance dogs are allowed in certain areas – head over to the accessibility page for more information.
Will there be photos or videos taken at the event?
Yes! We love capturing the fun of our events to share with other members and encourage non members to join us. You might spot our team snapping photos or filming highlights for Boundless promotions. If you’d rather not be included, just let us know when you check in—we completely understand and we will make sure you stay out of the frame.
The Boundless team attends all our events to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible. We may also have our official Boundless photographer on site to capture the best moments for you, your family and friends. All photos will be available for you to download after the event. If you upload any of your own pictures to social media be sure to use the hashtag #bemoreboundless for a chance to be featured on our social pages.
