Get ready for a fantastic family day out at Alton Towers. Are you brave enough to take on the park’s world-class rollercoasters, like the heart-pounding vertical drop of Oblivion or the thrilling 3.5 G-force of Nemesis? And, if you dare to visit the spooky dungeons, you’d better hope they let you back out again.
There’s masses for the kids to do too, with CBeebies Land, a fabulous waterpark and the World of David Walliams, with its 3D holographic version of the author himself. An update to ticket allocation for our member days
Our ticket prices are kept low thanks to our non-profit status, which allows us to subsidise them in addition to the discounted rates that we’ve negotiated. This means we have a limited allocation of tickets available per event. Tickets are capped at 4 tickets per member.

Tickets are limited and selling fast, so be sure to book yours early. This event is an exclusive benefit for Boundless members, and the tickets are only available in advance – they cannot be bought on the day. Tickets are subject to availability and may not be sold or transferred. The booking member must be present on the day along with any guests, and show their Boundless membership card and identification to gain admission to the reserve.

How do I get there?
The address for the venue is:

Alton Towers is located between the M1 and the M6 and is well signposted from both motorways. Depending on your direction, the nearest motorway exits are:
- M1 northbound – Junction 23a
- M1 southbound – Junction 28
- M6 northbound – Junction 15
- M6 southbound – Junction 16

Where do I park?
Standard parking is charged at £6 per car for theme park guests. When you arrive, please follow the road signs or directions from our team members. Parking can be paid for via the self-service ticket machines (card and contactless) within the park. We advise you pay for this when you arrive rather than on your way out to avoid queuing.
Where is the members’ marquee?
The Boundless members’ desk will be at the main reception to check your tickets. Once in the park you can leave your picnics, coats and bags with us at the marquee which is located next to the Spinball Whizzer Ride. You’ll need your e-ticket and Boundless membership card to get into the marquee.
Where can I get more information about the park?
Alton Towers has a great app that can be used on any smart device. It allows you to plan your tour on the day, shows queue waiting times, show times and where your nearest rides, restaurants and attractions are. You can download it here
Are there any age restrictions?
Anyone with a height of 90cm and over will need an admission ticket. Children under 90cm are free of charge and do not require a ticket.
I have a friend or family member who wants to come as well
Great, bring them along! The only provision is that the booking must be made by a Boundless member and that everyone who attends has a valid admission ticket. The Boundless member will have to show their membership card and identification on the day and any guests will have to accompany them on arrival.
Only tickets purchased through Boundless will entitle you to member day benefits. Boundless tickets must be reserved in advance and will not be available on the day.
What time does this event start and end?
The events runs from 10am to 6pm.
Can tickets be transferred?
Once you’ve bought your event tickets they cannot be transferred, as a current member with valid membership card needs to be present. This is because we have a very limited number of tickets and must ensure the offer benefits Boundless members.
How accessible is the site for people with mobility difficulties?

Are dogs allowed on site?
Pet dogs are not allowed at this event – please leave them at home. Assistance/guide dogs are welcome but, unfortunately, they will not be able to accompany guests onto any of the rides. They will be allowed as far as the loading point where they must be left with a member of the party – they must never be left unattended anywhere in the park. Attractions such as Sharkbait Reef, the Furchester Hotel live show, Andy’s Adventures Dinosaur Dig and Big Fun Showtime do allow full access to assistance/guide dogs.
