Forces Radio Prize Draw | Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to listeners of Forces Radio over the age of 18 and must be eligible to join Boundless by CSMA by CSMA.
2. Employees of Boundless by CSMA and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion cannot enter the prize draw.
3. Entrants must be resident in the UK (including CI and IoM). Boundless by CSMA reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.  
4. The prize draw is to win one of three a 12-month membership to Boundless by CSMA Plus.
5. Entries for the prize draw can be made via the Boundless by CSMA website at www.boundless.co.uk/who-can-join/military-deals.
6. One winner will be drawn independently and at random from all entries received via the competition’s entry portal. 
7. Closing date for entries is 11.59pm 21 August 2025.
8. Only one entry to this prize draw is permitted per person. Duplicate entries will not be recognised.  
9. The draw will take place on 26 August 2025 and the winner will be contacted by 28 August 2025 by email, using the email address provided on the prize draw entry.
10. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being contacted. If there is no response within 7 days, the prize is forfeited, and another winner will be selected at random.
11. The prize of a 12-month Boundless by CSMA Plus membership must be activated within 6-months of acceptance.
12. Boundless by CSMA will not accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the World Wide Web.  
13. Boundless by CSMA, as the promotor, reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equivalent or greater value.
14. No cash alternative will be offered, and the prize is non-negotiable, non-extendable and non-transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or re-sold.  
15. The winner of this prize draw may be required to take part in a photo shoot. Boundless by CSMA by CSMA reserve the right to use these photos and the names of winners in any publicity or marketing collateral including but not limited to the Boundless by CSMA Magazine and social media. If the winner does not agree to this then they will forfeit their prize, and another winner will be selected.  
16. Details of the winners will be available on request from 28 August 2025 by sending an SAE to Boundless by CSMA, Britannia House, 21 Station Street, Brighton, BN1 4DE.

18. Boundless by CSMA’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
